Ingredients:
½ cup Herdez Salsa
1 can of black beans
1 tablespoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon dry thyme
1 teaspoon liquid aminos
1/4 cup water
4 Organic Hard Taco Shells
½ cup avocado corn salsa (recipe here)
Extras: olives, lettuce, green chile cashew queso (recipe here)
Instructions:
In a medium pot, warm 1/4 cup salsa over medium heat, add the garlic, thyme, and liquid aminos, and saute for 5 minutes.
Add the beans and water let simmer for 15 minutes on medium-high.
Prepare avocado corn salsa, extras and cook hard taco shells per recipe on the package.
Assemble tacos according to your taste and enjoy!
